When should I arrive to the Prince Conference Center?

Conference check-in be held from 1:00-4:00 p.m. at the check-in desk near the entrance to the Prince Conference Center. You will receive your nametag, conference program (including schedule), and some light refreshments. Hotel room check-in is at 3:00 p.m. The first conference activity will be a plenary address given at 4:00 p.m. in the Great Hall. Please allow for plenty of time to check in, as there may be a line.

Is there shuttle service provided from the airport to the Prince Conference Center?

Yes, the Prince Conference Center offers a free shuttle service to and from the Gerald R. Ford International Airport (GRR) between 6 AM and 11 PM. Please give 7 days advance notice and call (616) 526-7200 or 1-866-526-7200.

 

Are there other hotels near the Prince Conference Center which I could stay at?

Yes, there are many hotel options near the Prince Conference Center (PCC). IAPCHE has developed a list and interactive map for your use.

 

If I need to acquire a visa for travel to the conference, how can I request the proper documents from IAPCHE?

Those who will require letters of invitation to secure a visa are encouraged to request these early, giving specific instructions from the Consulate as to which details are necessary in the letter and supporting documents. You may use this form to request documents from IAPCHE. Please note that we will not send documents until we have received your registration payment. 

 

Can I apply for  travel assistance?

No travel assistance is available at this time. IAPCHE will post any opportunities for travel assistance here.
