Los objetivos de este evento son:
[1]. Establecer un diálogo Norte-Sur dentro de la Educación Superior Cristiana sobre las proyecciones del protestantismo en la esfera pública y sus consecuencias sociales, locales e internacionales.
[2]. Analizar la proyección de las iglesias protestantes en la esfera pública y sus consecuencias, especialmente en el campo de la política, la economía, los derechos humanos y la seguridad ciudadana.
[3]. Valorar el papel de las redes confesionales y eclesiales internacionales, así como de la Educación Superior Cristiana [ESC], en el tipo de proyección de los laicos en la arena pública.On November 3rd of this year 2023, the eighth consultation of INCHE Latin America will be held, in virtual mode with the general theme "Public Incidence of Protestantism in a global key: a Latin American view from higher education".
The Objectives of this Spanish language event are:
[1]. Establish a North-South dialogue within Christian Higher Education regarding the projections of Protestantism in the public sphere and its social, local, and international consequences.
[2]. Analyze the projection of Protestant churches in the public sphere and its consequences, and especially in the field of politics, the economy, human rights, and citizen security.
[3]. Value the role of international faith-based and ecclesial networks, as well as the Christian Higher Education [CHE], in the type of projection of the laity in the public arena.

Von Sinner es profesor de Teología Sistemática, Ecumenismo y Diálogo Interreligioso en la Escola Superior de Teologia (Escuela Luterana de Teología) en Sao Leopoldo, Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil. Es uno de los principales teólogos públicos del mundo.
Von Sinner is Professor of Systematic Theology, Ecumenism, and Inter-religious Dialogue at the Escola Superior de Teologia (Lutheran School of Theology) at Sao Leopoldo, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. He is one of the world’s leading public theologians.
David Koyzis ha sido miembro de Global Scholar desde 2019. Es politólogo académico con un doctorado en Gobierno y Estudios Internacionales de la Universidad de Notre Dame. Ha enseñado ciencias políticas en el Redeemer University College, Canada durante treinta años, asesorando a cientos de jóvenes que han contribuido a la vida pública en Canadá y otros lugares. En los últimos años ha ampliado su ministerio académico a través de contactos en Brasil, Pakistán, Ucrania, Indonesia, Alemania, Finlandia y otros lugares.
David Koyzis has been a member of Global Scholar since 2019. He is an academic political scientist with a PhD in Government and International Studies from the University of Notre Dame. He has taught political science at Redeemer University College for thirty years, mentoring hundreds of young people who have gone on to contribute to public life in Canada and elsewhere. In recent years he has broadened his academic ministry through contacts in Brazil, Pakistan, Ukraine, Indonesia, Germany, Finland, and elsewhere.
